Excitingly, you can access this programme either ONLINE or work LIVE with your HCR Coach so once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder…..this will be heroic! You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
Week 1: Prep Week/Goals/Shopping/Measurements/Photos/Fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12: Summary Week, Revaluation and Fitness Test
You also get a dedicated (at the same time every week) live link motivational support, nutritional discussion, and Q&A time, PLUS a short interval type exercise workout uploaded to the group from me each week via a Facebook private group.
So, you get TWO trainers for the price of one, (Jenny and myself) plus many nutrition tips, advice and support along the way.
